本公司主要從事精密零件的加工，產品種類跨越磁碟機 半導體零件、通訊零件、汽車零件、光學元件及閥門等，客戶主要分布于美國、德國及日本等國家；集團擁有先進的生產(multi-spindle CNC lahe, high speed honing work station milling machine)及量測設備。
本公司通過ISO9002(是制造和安裝的質量保證模式／ISO9001管理模式，本公司在管理上者是按9001的要求去做的)和QS9000（ISO9001＋三大車廠的特定要求1.通用汽車2.福特汽車3.克萊斯勒）認證，SPC質量論證系統，6Sigma（6個標準差）已在本公司全面推廣并運用。2004年通過TS16949認證 及ISO13495。本公司在臺已上市，需要大批人才的加入。
